No. This is a separate service focused on lead flow + follow-up operations. Transaction coordination (contract-to-close) is a different service that you can also add.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
No. We can work with what you have. The goal is to simplify first, then improve, not force a big migration.
What does async mean?
No meetings required after onboarding. One request channel for your needs and edits. Work delivered in batches with a predictable turnaround.
Can you do same-day tasks?
Not as a standard. If a rush fee is available and we have capacity, we can sometimes accommodate.
Will you talk to my clients?
By default, this is back-end support. If client-facing communication is needed, we'll define it clearly in your package.
What about video calls?
